ROLAND BRUSH STYLE PRINTOUT

  
TROUBLE #3:
                BRUSH STYLE PRINTOUT
Description:
1.       There is something that brush style on the printout. (see the attach photo)
2.       Sometimes it is solid printout. (see the attach photo)

CAUSE OF TROUBLE:
Ø  Bad Connection of Flex Cable in the board in the back of the Unit,
Ø  Dusty Flex Cable

SOLUTION APPLIED:
Ø  There are four Flex Cable in the Board at the back of the unit,
Ø  Clean the Flex cable by removing it and wipe with your finger
Ø  Return it again, (make sure it attach or it plug in a right position it make the fuse busted that cause the head not to have print out)

MATERIALS RECOMMENDED USE:

Ø   Only your finger.. or also others finger if you are afraid to touch the flex cable. J

ROLAND CUTTER PROBLEM

TROUBLE #2:
                CUTTER NOT CUT THE MEDIA
Description:
1.       Cutter not cut the media.


CAUSE OF TROUBLE:
Ø  Cutter was damage
Ø  Not installed correctly
SOLUTION APPLIED:
Ø  Replace new cutter
Ø  Installed correctly
MATERIALS RECOMMENDED USE:
Ø  New cutter

ROLAND WEAK HEAD PRINT OUT

TROUBLE #1:
                WEAK HEAD PRINT OUT

Description:
1.       The actual printing is less color than before.
2.       Fade color.
3.       Broken print of color.

CAUSE OF TROUBLE:
Ø  No cartridge was installed
Ø  Less cartridge was installed
Ø  Maybe the head is damage
Ø  Small spot of head was dried
Ø  Hose of capping has clog (have dried inks)

SOLUTION APPLIED:
Ø  Installed new cartridge
Ø  Purchase new printer head
Ø  Clean the head
Ø  Try the power cleaning mode
Ø  Suck the hose of capping

Ø  Solution
Ø  Necessary materials
Ø  Syringe

Ø  Cleaning Kit

ROLAND SCAN MOTOR ERROR (0080:0080)

ERROR #1:
SCAN MOTOR ERROR (0080:0080)

Description:
1.       The operation cannot be continued.
2.       The head stop in the middle of your printing.
3.       It will be stop in its position or in the middle of the media.

CAUSE OF ERROR:
Ø  Breaking or worn out bearing.
Ø  Not properly applying oil/grease regularly in the L-Bearing that may cause the bearing to be worn out.
Ø  Dusty environment.

SOLUTION APPLIED:
Ø  Replacement of Railing set.
Ø  Clean the bearing by removing the plastic guide. (Bearing is in where the printer head is attach –  is in the L-Bearing)
*L-Bearing is the railing of Printer Head

MATERIALS RECOMMENDED USE:
Ø  White Grease

Ø  Oil
